The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, high ownership, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership on key business priorities.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis & Insights:- Mine, manage, and analyze business transactions, revenue streams, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. - Develop and maintain business dashboards and performance trackers to enable data-driven decisions.Strategic Support to CEO:- Partner directly with the CEO to prepare business reviews, board presentations, and strategic plans. - Provide analytical support for key initiatives, investments, and business transformation projects.Financial & Operational Tracking:- Collaborate with finance, sales, and delivery teams to monitor financial performance against goals and KPIs. - Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable interventions.Market & Competitive Intelligence:- Conduct business research, market assessments, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.Cross-functional Collaboration:- Work closely with business heads to gather requirements, model business scenarios, and enable process improvements.Qualifications & Experience:Education:- MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, etc.) or a top global business school. - Strong academic foundation in Business, Finance, Economics, or Analytics preferred.Experience:- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role. - Experience working with CXO-level stakeholders or within a CEO’s office will be a strong advantage.Key Skills & Attributes:- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes. - High proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization tools. - Exceptional problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. - High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Join NIIT:- Opportunity to work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team on strategic initiatives. - Exposure to multiple business functions and global operations. - A culture that values innovation, data-driven decision-making, and professional growth.
