They are hiring for C++ Developer role for Gurgaon : High-Frequency Trading Software DeveloperWhat Youll Do : - Design and develop ultra-low latency, high-throughput trading systems.- Optimize performance at every layer : network, OS, and application.- Build and maintain tools for real-time monitoring, risk controls, and system diagnostics.- Research new algorithms and technologies to reduce latency and improve efficiency.- Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, automation, and documentation.- Adapt trading infrastructure for different exchanges and asset classes.- Lead initiatives on technical architecture and mentoring within the engineering team.- Foster a culture of open communication, continuous learning, and Were Looking For : - B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, EE, Math, or related fields from a top-tier institute.- 05 years of experience in performance-critical software development.- Expertise in C/C++, with deep understanding of memory management, concurrency, and data structures.- Comfortable in a Linux environment; solid scripting skills (Python, Shell).- Strong problem-solving ability with excellent debugging instincts.- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet protocols, and parallel/multi-threaded programming.- Highly reliable with a bias for action and ownership.- Prior experience in HFT, hedge funds, or trading desks is a big plus.Please note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
