Job Responsibilities :

Agile Delivery Ownership :

- Drive end-to-end agile project execution using Scrum and/or hybrid agile frameworks.

- Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos.

- Proactively identify and remove blockers that impact team velocity or delivery timelines.

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement :

- Coordinate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Client Stakeholders to ensure alignment on sprint goals and deliverables.

- Ensure transparency by maintaining up-to-date burndown charts, sprint boards, and metrics dashboards.

Team Empowerment & Agile Coaching :

- Mentor cross-functional teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement practices.

- Cultivate team autonomy, ownership, and collaboration across AI engineers, ML experts, and platform teams.

Quality and Process Excellence :

- Ensure adherence to delivery SLAs, sprint commitments, and customer satisfaction goals.

- Drive retrospectives to identify improvement areas and implement actionable changes.

Job Qualifications :

- 35 years of experience managing Agile software delivery projects, with at least 2 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts, with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.

- Ability to manage distributed teams delivering cloud-based AI/ML or data platforms.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in customer-facing environments.

- Experience working in technology-led consulting, system integration, or product delivery setups.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM).

- Experience in AI/ML, GenAI, or cloud-native solution delivery.

- Exposure to working with large enterprise customers, preferably Fortune 500.

- Familiarity with CI/CD, MLOps, or modern DevOps practices.

- Background in managing engineering, data science, or product delivery teams.
