Recruitment Associate - 10XTD Global CXO Program(Part Time | On Demand)Context- 10XTD Global CXO Program is about supporting senior leaders with their job search efforts - As part of the Global CXO Program, the CXO can sign up for the custom opportunity tracker and follow up - This involves 10XTD curating compelling opportunities from the market based on the CXO preferences - Additionally for the opportunities applied, 10XTD identifies the relevant HR managers and engages HR managers to track the status of applicationAbout the Recruitment Associate Role:- Taking up the follow up request on behalf of the CXO - Identifying the relevant HR manager - Establishing the connect with the HR Manager - Following up with the HR manager, tracking status of the job application of CXO and seeking feedback - Sharing periodic updates with the CXODesired Persona- Graduate Profiles - Profiles with minimum 2 yrs plus experience as a recruiter - Only profiles who are not pursuing full time employmentConsiderations- On Demand - Onboarding initially for 1 MonthEvaluation Process- Submission of application - Submission of assignment - Shortlist by Sponsor - Discussion with key contributors of the 10XTD Global CXO Program - Engagement Letter sharedInterested Profiles,Do write to rameshcnair@10XTD.in with the Subject – Recruitment Associate - 10XTD Global CXO ProgramProvide inputs to the following- Highlights of Experience as a recruiter - Years of Experience engaging as a recruiter – - C.V for Reference
