Site Location: Mumbai Reports To: Project Manager CTC Budget: 5-6 LPA Experience - Minimum 2 yearsKey Responsibilities:Project Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities on a daily basis, monitor progress, and ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.Team Management: Day-to-day supervision of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring schedules are met.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between clients, engineers, architects, and internal management, reporting on progress and addressing any concerns that arise.Health & Safety: Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with health codes and safety protocols.Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, order materials, and ensure that necessary tools and equipment are available.Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and submit site reports, maintain accurate records of progress, check drawings and communicates issues to stakeholders.Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve delays, issues, and conflicts that arise on-site to maintain project's timeline.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree inArchitecture/ Interior Design/ Civil Engineering Minimum2 years of experiencein site management or construction supervision. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control.
