About the RoleEQL Global AB is building next-generation financial research platforms that combine AI-first thinking with clean, powerful design. Our mission is to make complex financial data feel simple and intuitive for both individual and enterprise users. We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who sets a high bar for design, understands B2B and B2C needs, and is fluent with AI tools and Figma.This is a fully remote position offering real ownership of product experiences in a tech-forward, AI-embracing culture.Critical Requirements (Must-Have Before Applying)Design Portfolio – MandatoryApplications without a strong portfolio will not be considered. We need to see:- End-to-end product design examples (web and mobile)- At least one real-world B2B and one B2C product- Case studies explaining your process, decisions, and impactAI Tools Experience – RequiredYou must actively use:- GPT-based tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for UX writing, idea exploration, and problem-solving- AI design tools like Figma AI, Uizard, Galileo, Midjourney, etc.- Bonus: Experience automating repetitive tasks or generating user flows with AIFigma Mastery – EssentialDeep proficiency required in:- Component libraries and design systems- Auto layout and responsive design- Prototyping and animations- Collaborative workflowsDual Product Experience – Both B2B & B2CYou must have:- Designed enterprise-grade (B2B) platforms and consumer-facing (B2C) apps- Experience across web and mobile platforms- Full design lifecycle ownership—from discovery to deliveryKey Responsibilities- Design intuitive, elegant UIs and efficient UX flows for web and mobile applications- Own entire design cycles: research, wireframes, UI design, prototyping, handoff- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and founders to shape product direction- Apply AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and content quality in design processes- Conduct UX research and user testing to inform design decisions- Maintain and evolve our design system across platformsWhat We're Looking For- 3+ years of product design experience (UI and UX)- Strong portfolio showcasing real product work (not just concepts or mockups)- Proven experience designing B2B dashboards, SaaS interfaces, and B2C apps- Daily comfort using Figma and AI tools- Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions clearly- High attention to detail and consistencyBonus Points- Frontend understanding (HTML, CSS, React basics)- Experience with AI-native product design- Motion design or interaction design skills- Experience in growth, onboarding, or conversion-focused UXWhat You'll Get- Real ownership of product experiences that redefine how people research, invest, and act- A tech-forward culture embracing AI, speed, and iteration- Remote-friendly, async-first team environment- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial research platformsReady to Apply?- If you meet our critical requirements and are excited about designing the future of financial research, we’d love to see your portfolio and learn about your AI design experience.
