Job Title - Quality Analyst (Sales)

Job Location - Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work from Office)


The Work- What will you do at Intellipaat

-Monitoring/ Auditing Inbound Calls/Emails

-Provide Constructive Feedback- create regular audit and performance reports.

Check the D2C ratio for all agents.

-Performing Root Cause Analysis To Gaze The Performance Trends.

-Publish Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports As Per Client Requirements Using QC Tools.

-Be A Part Of Internal Calibration To Improve The Call Handling Efficiency & Customer Service.

-This Position Will Require An Effective Communicator Who Will Be Able To Lead And Motivate Others While Being Aware Of And Responsive To Their Needs And Concerns.

-2 to 3 years quality analyst experience. (Ed-tech preferred)

-Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;

-Must be self-motivator and self-starter;

-Should understand quality

-Exceptional listening and analytical skills.

-Solid time management skills.

-Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company;

-Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment;

-Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed;
