Job Title: Mid-Level Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist- .

Experience Level:- Mid-Level (5+ years).

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Ping Identity products, including Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping One, Ping ID, Ping DaVinci, and P1AS.

Proficiency in Java for custom adapters and hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments are also essential. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing robust IAM solutions to enhance our security posture and ensure seamless access for our users.

Key Responsibilities :


Design and Implementation :

- Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using Ping Identity products such as Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping One, Ping ID, Ping DaVinci, and P1AS.

- Develop custom adapters and extensions using Java to meet specific business requirements.

- Integrate IAM solutions with AWS and Azure cloud environments.

Configuration and Management :


- Configure and manage authentication, authorization, and SSO (Single Sign-On) across various applications and services.

- Ensure the seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.

- Maintain and update IAM configurations to align with security policies and compliance requirements.

API Integration :

- Develop and manage REST APIs for IAM functionalities.

- Ensure secure and efficient API integrations between IAM solutions and other applications.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting :

- Monitor IAM systems to ensure high availability and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues in a timely manner.

- Perform regular audits and assessments of IAM configurations and policies.

Documentation and Training :

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM configurations, processes, and procedures.

- Provide training and support to internal teams on IAM best practices and system usage.

Security and Compliance :

- Ensure IAM solutions comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.

- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience :Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a focus on Ping Identity products.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping One, Ping ID, Ping DaVinci, and P1AS.

- Strong Java programming skills for developing custom adapters and extensions.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and their integration.

- Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.

Additional Skills :


- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Professional certifications in IAM or related fields.

- Experience with other IAM solutions and tools.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
