The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling and educational consulting to our clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting career counseling sessions, developing educational plans, communicating with students and parents, and offering guidance on educational opportunities and challenges.Role OverviewAs an Education Counselor, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective learners. Your primary role will be to guide and support them in choosing the right program based on their goals, while ensuring smooth conversions through a consultative sales approach.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM tools.Understand the learner's needs and provide accurate information about courses, specializations, fees, and benefits.Guide students through the enrollment process, addressing queries and building trust throughout the decision-making journey.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.Maintain updated records of interactions and conversions.Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for feedback and lead improvement.What We’re Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi fluency preferred).Passion for education, counseling, or psychology is a plus.Confident, energetic, and driven personality with a learner-centric mindset.Basic knowledge of sales process and CRM tools is advantageous but not mandatory.Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in EdTech, counseling, telesales, or student advisory roles.Why Join UsOpportunity to work at the intersection of psychology and education.Learning-focused work environment with mentorship and training.Fixed salary + attractive performance incentives.Career growth opportunities in academic advising, business development, or learning facilitation.
