Job Description:

Professional with experience in translating high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Evaluate the technical and functional solutions to meet the business needs. Work with development and operations team to solve cross-functional issue, recommend and ensure proper alternatives have been selected and implemented.

Responsibilities

At least 4 years of experience as data analyst in huge data warehouse environment.

Must have strong experience in gathering data requirements from business & US team.

Analyze and create ingestion requirements for data assets from various internal and external sources.

Document data requirements, data standards and data quality rules.

Help business in identification of Critical Data Elements and the data quality rules associated with them.

To perform data analysis and interpret results using standard statistical methodologies.

Understand domains and business process.

Have good knowledge on gap analysis, writing and reviewing functional solution design and testing document.

Perform data quality checks, root cause analysis and remediation.

Knowledge to write SQL queries and developing procedures.

Good analytical, debugging, problem-solving skills.

Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills that will help the frequent conversations with the onshore counter parts.

Ability to start working independently in multi-task and fast-paced environment.

Experience working with Agile project environment.
