This is a rare opportunity to build a next-generation, Gen-Z-focused product from the ground up. We need a leader who thinks in terms of agentic, generative application models, capable of weaving LLM intelligence into every module of our platform.You will have the autonomy to make critical architectural decisions, foresee and solve future bottlenecks, and lead our team through any technical challenge. If you are passionate about building intelligent systems and want to take a principal role in a creative and transformative journey, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design & Strategy- Lead the design and development of a complex, large-scale software architecture that is secure, scalable, and resilient. - Define the technical standards, frameworks, and patterns that will serve as the foundation for all engineering efforts. - Architect and deploy a cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and Azure, leveraging serverless, container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS), and managed services.Generative AI (GenAI) & LLM Integration- Pioneer the enterprise-wide architecture for our GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) systems. - Design and implement sophisticated solutions for advanced prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel. - Develop and implement solutions using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable AI agents to securely interact with databases, APIs, and other tools. - Quickly build and automate internal utilities and workflows using agentic frameworks like n8n.Technical Leadership & Collaboration- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, championing best practices in software development, security, and performance. - Evaluate and select the most suitable tools, platforms, and technologies for our AI and software development stack. - Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. - Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams and operational playbooks.Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: - A minimum of 8+ years in software development, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated software architect role. - Proven experience designing enterprise-grade applications with a focus on scalability and security. - Demonstrable, hands-on experience architecting and deploying AI/ML and GenAI-based solutions.Technical Skills- Cloud: Deep architectural knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud services (compute, storage, networking, AI/ML services). - Programming: Mastery of the Python ecosystem, including libraries for data science (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and web development (FastAPI, Django). - GenAI & LLM: - Deep understanding of various LLM models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini). - Expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel). - Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for agentic workflows. - Data & Databases: Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB) and traditional databases (SQL, NoSQL). - DevOps/MLOps: Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).Soft Skills- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to all audiences. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities with a strategic vision for long-term technical growth. - Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.Thanks & Regards,HR TeamFibonauti Technologies Pvt.
