Key Roles and Responsibilities
Review and approve contractor bills to ensure accurate coding for financial reporting Record cash receipts to proper account and updates account reconciliations Assist in process to ensure invoices are submitted and approved in customer portals Prepare and distribute customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate information Interact with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accuracy of customer correspondence Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies across teams Assist team members with special projects as needed Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and customersRequired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
