🌟 We’re Hiring: Project Head at Maanavi Homes At Maanavi Homes , we blend Indian craftsmanship with contemporary design to create timeless custom furniture and interiors. With 100+ projects delivered pan India, we are now looking for a Project Head to lead our projects from planning to handover. Role: Project Head Location: Pandesara, Surat Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role in the furniture/interiors industry Key Responsibilities Define project scope, timelines, and budgets; prepare detailed project plans. Lead and manage cross-functional teams including design, production, and site staff. Ensure accurate site measurements, drawings, and documentation. Maintain quality standards through strict QC checks during production and installation. Act as the link between design, production, and client, ensuring smooth coordination. Manage risks, resolve site challenges, and ensure projects stay on track. Oversee logistics, delivery, installation, and final handover. Conduct post-project evaluations and prepare snag lists for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies. Drive customer satisfaction through timely and flawless delivery. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Head / Project Manager in furniture projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of industry best practices and quality standards. Why Join Us?
