Key Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience developing machine learning models and systems
  • Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agents
  • Demonstrated ability to guide engineering teams on technical direction and roadmap execution
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph
  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Mentorship: Support and guide team members in best practices for ML and GenAI development
