Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist with over 5 years of total experience including 35 years of direct expertise in MDM design development support and operations using the Informatica MDM tool suite. This role will focus on implementing and managing MDM services data quality and governance to ensure highquality data across enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:
  • MDM Design & Development:
  • Lead the design development and deployment of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategies. Use the Informatica MDM tool suite including Data Controls Data Director and Data Quality to deliver highquality data management solutions.
  • Informatica Tools Expertise:
  • Provide handson expertise in the configuration and optimization of Informatica MDM tools and utilities including Data Controls and Data Director to support ongoing MDM processes.
  • Data Governance & Quality:
  • Implement Data Governance and Data Quality solutions ensuring enterprisewide consistency accuracy and completeness of master data. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain MDM strategies Metadata Management and data governance policies.
  • Enterprise Data Integration:
  • Work with various data integration technologies and methods such as ETL data replication and data services. Ensure successful integration of master data across enterprise systems.
  • Business & Technical Problem Solving:
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen to understand business requirements and apply MDM solutions that solve complex business problems. Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure that data solutions meet enterprise objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Integration:
  • Perform enterpriselevel data analysis and provide datafocused systems integration solutions to ensure seamless integration of master data. Identify data quality gaps and implement solutions to improve data accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 5 years of overall experience in data management with at least 35 years of direct experience in MDM design development support and operations using the Informatica MDM tool suite.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in Informatica MDM tools and utilities such as Data Controls Data Director and Data Quality.
  • Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) strategies Metadata Management Data Governance and Data Quality solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data integration technologies including ETL data replication and data services.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to address complex business challenges. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work crossfunctionally with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with largescale data environments and working with crossfunctional teams.
  • Prior experience in providing enterpriselevel data analysis and system integration solutions.
