Job Summary:


The Technical Tele-Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and exceptional sales skills, enabling them to effectively communicate complex product features and benefits to a diverse client base.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted outreach and data-driven strategies.


• Sales Conversion: Drive the sales process from initial contact to facilitating the sales team in closing deals.


• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.


• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.


• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.


Qualifications:


• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical Tele-sales (preferably laptops, tabs and smartphones).


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration).


• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical products and services, able to explain complex concepts in simple terms.


• Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.


• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.


• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.


• CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
