Role Overview :

We are seeking an AI Application Developer with 4+ years of experience to help build next-generation AI-powered applications. In this role, you'll be working on developing and optimizing AI solutions that automate key data and business processes, enabling businesses to operate faster and more efficiently. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to design and deploy intelligent systems that transform complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications that enhance data transformation and processing efficiency

- Build intelligent agents to automate workflows, including data extraction, decision-making, and task automation.

- Develop and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for real-time data analysis and decision-making.

- Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems.

- Stay at the forefront of AI and machine learning innovations, applying the latest techniques to drive product evolution.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI application development, with a focus on machine learning, GenAI, or data automation.

- Proven experience building multi-agent AI applications, fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and optimization; experience in developing custom LLMs is a plus

- Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience of using frameworks such as PyTorch, Pandas, FastAPI, AutoGen and LangChain.

- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such AWS or Azure as well as containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Expertise in AI application techniques such as Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), MCP/tools building, model grounding, and implementing guardrails to ensure reliable, efficient, and safe AI performance.

- Solid understanding of data processing frameworks, ETL processes, and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, or similar)

- Experience with a frontend framework such as React, Vue.js is a bonus
