Analyze and document current state processes and identify areas for improvement.*Collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.*Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT),to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards.*Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress.*Prioritize requirements and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.*Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating appropriately and providing recommendations and solutions to resolve them.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred (but not mandatory):Experience in customer service or benefits administration of US Healthcare Customer Service,AGM Pega Framework Experience.Experience working with Pega applications.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
