Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a School Principal at Accord School. The School Principal will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, curriculum development, educational leadership, and effective communication with students, staff, and parents. The role involves managing middle school education and ensuring the delivery of a quality educational experience for students.

Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development and educational leadership
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in pre-primary and primary education.
• Passion for education and creating a conducive learning environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of educators
• Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Ability to hire team members through out the academic year.
• Experience in a leadership role in an educational institution
• Experience with the CBSE curriculum is mandatory
