Join us to build world-class user experiences that make a difference.Key Responsibilities :- Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.- Implement reusable components, hooks, and frontend architecture for scalable applications.- Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and SEO (especially for Next.js SSR/SSG).- Integrate APIs and manage application state using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.- Work with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern frontend build tools.- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in frontend technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 3- 5 years of professional experience in frontend web development.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js.- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, or styled-components.- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend state management tools.- Familiarity with SSR, SSG, and dynamic routing in Next.js.- Basic understanding of TypeScript and Node.js is a plus.- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good to Have :- Experience with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library).- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.- Exposure to CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or Netlify).- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
