About the Role: Senior Scrum Master - SAFe

The Team: In this role, you will be working with a team of enthusiastic members supporting our critical technology systems. The team is dedicated to guiding our business partners and end users with industry best practices, solution design, and creating long-term value for our customers. Responsibilities and Impact:

• Act as Servant Leader: Lead an Agile team by embodying servant leadership principles.

• Educate Agile Teams: Maximize efficiencies and performance through Scaled Agile practices and values; coach teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.

• Value Delivery: Guide Agile teams to consistently deliver customer value while managing risks, mitigating impediments, and negotiating dependencies within and across teams.

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Collaboration with Product Owners: Ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.

• Communication and Transparency: Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate progress transparency.

• Increase Effectiveness: Work with peer Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches to enhance the effectiveness of Scaled Agile practices.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience with a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

• Experience in leading teams as a Scrum Master within a Scaled Agile Framework.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks.

• Team-first, servant leader mentality.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified SAFe Scrum Master.

• Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
