We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant/Developer with 49 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP modules, end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration with business processes. This role requires hands-on experience in configuring SAP solutions, supporting business needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient SAP Roles & Responsibilities :


- Work on SAP implementation, configuration, and support for one or more modules (SAP ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, or others depending on expertise).

- Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver customized SAP solutions.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP enhancements, reports, and interfaces as per business needs.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to provide end-to-end solutions.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for SAP systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems within defined SLAs.

- Document functional and technical specifications, test cases, and process flows.

- Participate in full lifecycle implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies (S/4 HANA, Fiori, Cloud integrations, etc.).

- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-9 years of relevant experience in SAP (specific module expertise such as ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, or Basis preferred).

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and legacy ECC environments.

- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations and multiple support/upgrade projects.

- Good understanding of integration with third-party applications.

- Hands-on expertise in customization, configuration, and performance optimization.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot effectively.

- Excellent communication, client-facing, and team collaboration to Have :

- SAP Certification(s) in relevant module(s).

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5, CDS Views, OData services.

- Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP Cloud solutions.
