We're expanding our creative team and looking for a skilled Cinematographer who can bring stories to life through powerful visuals and cinematic excellence. Website and Social Media Handles:Role Overview:We are looking for a creative and passionate Cinematographer to create visual storytelling for AIM’s content. From documentary-style interviews and conference after-movies to studio shoots and dynamic social media reels, you'll help us create engaging video content.Key Responsibilities:Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content including interviews, event coverage, and social media assetsScout and set up locations, manage lighting, framing, and camera movement for optimal storytellingOperate camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, gimbals, drones, etc.) with proficiencyEnsure visual consistency with AIM’s branding and content standardsStay updated with visual trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the media industryRequirements:Proven expertise as a cinematographer/videographer with a strong portfolioProficiency in camera operation, lighting techniques, and shooting in different environments (indoor/studio/outdoor/event)Ability to tell a story through visuals with a keen eye for detail, composition, and movementComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projectsExperience in shooting corporate, tech-related, or event-based content is a plusDrone operation or certification is a bonusLive broadcast studio experience is a bonus
