Job Description :


The MarTech Architect will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the marketing technology stack. This individual will work closely with marketing, IT, and business teams to ensure the integration and alignment of technology with marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of marketing processes and tools.

Key Skills :

- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HCL Unica, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, etc.).

- Experience with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., ETL, APIs, data lakes).

- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms.

- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

- Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java, PHP, and Python. Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in these languages is preferred.

- Experience with scripting languages like Bash, Shell, or PowerShell for automation and system management tasks.

- Strong understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language) and experience in working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.

- Proficiency in Linux operating systems, networking concepts, and server administration tasks.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing technology strategy and roadmap.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance marketing capabilities.

- Design and oversee the implementation of the marketing technology architecture.

- Ensure the architecture supports data integration, automation, and scalability.

- Develop and maintain documentation for the MarTech stack architecture.

- Lead the integration of marketing technologies with existing systems (CRM, CMS, DMP, etc.).

- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between various marketing tools.

- Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement and deploy solutions.

- Define data management strategies to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.

- Implement analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

- Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.

- Train and support marketing team members on using MarTech tools effectively.

- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of marketing technologies.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in marketing technology.

- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing technology or a related field.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing marketing technology architectures.

- Hands-on experience with key MarTech tools, marketing automation, analytics platforms, etc.
