🚨 We're Hiring: Risk Manager – Housing Finance Department: Risk Management Reports to: Head of Risk / Chief Risk Officer Join one of India’s top NBFC and elevate your career in Risk management📍Location- Hyderabad Corporate OfficeKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.Identify current and emerging risks across financial, operational, compliance, strategic, and reputational areas.Conduct risk assessments and perform root cause analysis for risk incidents.Collaborate with departments to assess and document business risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and relevant committees.Track key risk indicators (KRIs) and update risk registers regularly.Conduct training and awareness sessions on risk management for employees.Support internal and external audits related to risk and compliance functions.Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management.Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.[Optional] Professional certification (e.g., FRM, CRM, IRM, CPA, CIA) is a plus. 3 years of experience in Housing / Mortgage loan function--risk management, audit, compliance, or a related field.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, Basel)Preferred Skills:Experience with risk management software/tools.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Timeliness and quality of risk assessments.Number of risk incidents detected and mitigated.Compliance audit scores.KRIs tracked and acted upon.Employee participation in risk training sessions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and integrity.If interested, please share CV jyotiverma@olivegreenconsulting.com
