The role requires strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and compliance, along with the ability to lead a small team and coordinate with auditors.Key Responsibilities:- Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.- GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.- Coordination with statutory, tax, and internal auditors.- Supervision of day-to-day accounting operations.- Leading and mentoring a team of 34 members.- Managing MIS, cash flow, and other financial reports for Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a manufacturing setup.- Strong knowledge of GST, IT, and compliance requirements.- Ability to manage a team and work independently.- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
