About the Role:

We seek a skilled Power BI Developer to join our Data & Project Management team. You will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs, transforming raw data into meaningful visualizations.

This role offers a hybrid work model across multiple locations. We look for candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for data analysis and reporting.
  • Design, develop, and publish interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Connect to various data sources, perform data modeling and transformation using Power Query and DAX.
  • Create calculated columns, measures, and tables using DAX.
  • Optimize Power BI report performance for large datasets.
  • Implement row-level security and data security measures within Power BI.
  • Publish and manage reports on Power BI Service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to business users on Power BI functionalities.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in developing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in Power Query and DAX.
  • Experience connecting Power BI to various data sources.
  • Understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Power BI Service administration.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server Analysis Services or Azure Analysis Services.
