Location: Noida (on-site)Type: Full-timeJob Overview:We’re looking for a team member to manage daily operations & production at Paper-it. This includes handling order processing via Shopify, coordinating production from sampling to final dispatch, maintaining inventory, and supporting product development. A strong understanding of paper, printing processes, and an interest in new product innovation is essential.What you’ll do:– Plan & post content (stories, reels, posts)– Build campaigns and grow the brand online– Shoot & edit regularly (for website & Instagram)– Create AI-generated reels and product photos– Track performance & trends– Work with the design team– Create well-designed creatives for our feedWhat we need:– 1–2 years of experience– Strong understanding of Instagram trends– Good aesthetic sense & creative thinking for designing stories, posts, and product mockups– Familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva– Ability to create AI-generated photos and reels using our products– Skills in editing apps like InShot, CapCut, etc.– Strong copywriting & communication skills
