Location: Chennai (Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager with 15+ years of progressive SAP experience and expertise in Brownfield S/4HANA conversion projects. The ideal candidate should have managed significant scopes of Brownfield projects, possess core SAP ECC module skills, and have a proven track record in delivering SAP implementation and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Brownfield S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring seamless execution and risk mitigation.

- Drive SAP global rollouts with multi-vendor resource management and delivery ownership.

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Oversee technical project management aspects, including system landscape, code merge, and environment synchronization.

- Ensure effective integration across SAP ECC modules (FI, MM, SD, PS, etc.) and work closely with functional/technical teams.

- Provide technical and functional expertise in SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and support activities.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.

- Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

- Facilitate smooth coordination among onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of SAP experience with a strong background in SAP ECC and S/4HANA conversion.

- Proven Brownfield conversion experience, handling large-scale migration projects.

- Expertise in at least one core SAP ECC module (SD, MM, FI, PS, etc.).

- Strong understanding of SAP technical and functional best practices.

- Experience in multi-vendor resource management and global SAP rollouts.

- Strong project management skills, including risk assessment, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.

- Hands-on experience in functional design documentation, solution proposals, and configuration setup.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP certification in relevant modules or S/4HANA migration.

- Prior experience working with teams in Chennai or managing offshore delivery teams.

- Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid project management methodologies
