We’re building a Gen AI-powered marketplace application that leverages advanced machine learning to personalize incentives, recommend reward structures, and drive more catering orders to restaurants in real time.Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Software Development Engineer to join our Development team.Our teams work on cutting edge cloud technology and are challenged daily to think outside the box and push themselves to achieve breakthroughs in design, programming skill and most of all engineering excellence.If you are passionate about writing secure code, advocating high quality and building / maintaining scalable and resilient cloud services, we are offering you a unique opportunity to build your career with Catering Rewards and gain experience working with high-performance cloud-based systems.Experience, Knowledge and Skills4+ years experience as a backend / full stack developer using NodeJS/Python.Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.Hands-on experience with LLMs and Gen AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Deepseek)Familiarity with recommendation engines, vector search (e.g. Pinecone, FAISS), and prompt engineeringExperience working with AWS services and cloud-based application development.
