Job Description :

SharePoint Consultant to join our team and play a key role in our SharePoint modernization journey. You will leverage your expertise in modern SharePoint technologies, including SPFx, React, and Azure, to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and improve collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable SharePoint Online configurations and customizations.

- Design and develop modern SharePoint experiences using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and React.js.

- Implement robust and scalable solutions utilizing Node.js for server-side functionalities within SPFx web parts (a plus).

- Leverage SharePoint Online out-of-the-box (OOB) features like site collections, libraries, lists, and workflows to optimize collaboration.

- Integrate SharePoint Online with Azure Services (Azure Functions, Azure Storage, etc.) to extend functionalities and automate tasks.

- Utilize Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs to connect SharePoint Online with external data sources and applications.

- Develop and configure Microsoft Flow solutions to automate workflows and streamline business processes.

- Design and develop Microsoft Teams apps to enhance collaboration within Teams and integrate with SharePoint data.

- Provide ongoing support and user training on new SharePoint functionalities and processes.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies.

- Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration (a plus).

- Experience with migration strategies and tools for migrating legacy SharePoint environments (a plus).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's, 6-9 years of experience as a SharePoint Consultant, SharePoint Developer, or a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, functionalities, and best practices.

- Proven experience in developing SPFx web parts with React.js and related libraries.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development practices.

- Experience with Node.js and server-side development (a plus).

- Experience with Azure Services and their integration with SharePoint Online (a plus).

- Proficient in Microsoft Graph API and REST API concepts.

- Experience with building and deploying Microsoft Flow solutions.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams development and Teams app creation (a plus).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
