Job Title: React Native Tech Lead (Hourly Basis)

Location: Remote (Preferably available during IST daytime)

Rate: ₹500 INR per hour

Weekly Hours: 20-25 hours

Availability: Preferably between 9 AM - 6 PM IST

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled React Native Tech Lead with expertise in Frontend Development (React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to work on an hourly basis. The ideal candidate should have prior experience developing and managing React Native applications and leading projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Mobile Applications using React Native.

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.

Optimize applications for maximum performance across different devices and platforms.

Work on UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and project managers.

Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile app development and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in React Native (2+ years preferred).

Proficiency in Frontend Technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Experience with State Management (Redux, Context API, etc.).

Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

Experience in debugging and optimizing React Native applications.

Knowledge of mobile app deployment (Google Play Store & Apple App Store).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading a team or managing projects independently.

Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend services.

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
