Senior Dayforce WFM Lead Consultant(Full-Time | Remote | India Only | Join Our Rapidly Growing Dayforce Practice)Are you the kind of person who can read a pay policy like a thriller novel? If “WFM Zen Master” sounds like your alter ego, we may have just met our next superstar.We’re on the lookout for aSenior Dayforce WFM Lead Consultantwho’s ready to lead, deliver, and occasionally save the day in our fast-expanding Dayforce universe.What You’ll Bring to the Table (Mandatory Skills)Technical wizardryin Dayforce Core HR & WFM workstreams — we mean really knowing your stuff. The ability tolead WFM implementations end-to-end : discoveries → requirements → go-live → hypercare → victory lap. At least 2 WFM implementationsunder your belt (we’ll ask about your battle stories). Global experienceacross Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US — you know how WFM behaves across time zones, accents, and holidays. Deep technical masteryof Entitlements and Pay Policies — the complex ones don’t scare you. A natural collaborator who can work with cross-functional teams (yes, Payroll will love you). The confidence and skill to workindependentlywithout hand-holding. Excellent communication skills— because if you can’t explain it, you probably can’t implement it.QualificationsA graduation degree in anything — we care about your skills more than your major. Mandatory hands-on implementation experienceon Dayforce WFM (VAS-only experience won't make the cut). 6+ years of working withlead generation and prospecting tools .If you love WFM, live for clean configurations, and take pride in delivering implementations that users celebrate (or at least don’t complain about), we want to hear from you.
