The role involves maintaining research records, drafting reports, assisting with grant applications, and managing projects. Ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for healthcare research, this position offers valuable experience in academic and practical research initiatives.Qualification: MPH/MSW/MBA/Master‘s degree in Hospital/Health Management, or a related field.Required Skills:▪ Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.▪ Familiarity with research methodologies and techniques.▪ Strong written communication skills for drafting reports, research papers, and grant proposals.▪ Excellent oral communication skills.▪ Strong organizational skills to manage research and training projects and timelines.▪ Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks.Required Experience: 2- 5 YearsKey Responsibilities:▪ Maintaining accurate records of research, training, and other activities.▪ Conducting comprehensive reviews of existing literature.▪ Documentation and Reporting.▪ Writing and editing research reports, papers, and presentations.▪ Preparing progress reports and updates for funding agencies or supervisor.▪ Assisting with Grant Applications.▪ Identifying potential funding sources.▪ Handling correspondence and administrative paperwork related to research activities.
