Role Description We’re looking for experienced electrical engineers (3+ years of experience) with a background in circuit design and simulation. You may be a fit if you have Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline 3-5+ years of professional experience in integrated circuit design, implementation, or verification. Hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA/CAD tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys, Altium, MATLAB/Simulink, or comparable) Familiarity with circuit simulation, verification, and compliance workflows (e.g., SPICE, LVS/DRC, parasitic extraction, SI/PI) Experience developing or extending design kits, libraries/generators, or verification flows Familiarity with open-source design tools and emerging design representation formats Nice to have Experience with scripting or automation (SKILL, Python, TCL, VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog scripting) Understanding of layout constraints, design-rule checks, optimisation workflows, and/or hardware bring-up and test Why Join Us Shape next-gen AI tools for engineering and design Work alongside experts in AI and EDA Take ownership in a fast-moving research environment Applying Please email a brief note on your background and interests, your resume, and (optionally) a short portfolio or project summaries to hiring@softage.ai
