Drive performance tuning, workload management, and ensure high availability and reliability of database systems. Implement best practices for data governance, integrity, and security, ensuring compliance with Indian and global standards. Act as a subject matter expert, influencing strategic decisions and mentoring peers within the Hyderabad team and across global teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, infrastructure) to deliver innovative and scalable data solutions. Stay updated on emerging database technologies and recommend enhancements to maintain technical leadership. Encourage best practices, foster collaboration, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that elevate team performance. Inspire Through Vision: Communicate a clear roadmap for technical innovation and team growth, motivating peers to embrace new challenges and opportunities Build credibility by consistently delivering high-impact solutions and demonstrating deep technical expertise, earning trust across teams. Act as a Connector: Bridge gaps between global teams, ensuring alignment and knowledge flow across geographies to strengthen collective capability.Who You’ll Work With You will be part of a high-performing, collaborative team of database and analytics professionals based in Hyderabad and globally. You will interact with engineering, analytics, and product teams across geographies, contributing to both local and international projects.What Makes You a Qualified Candidate 10+ years of experience in database engineering or architecture Advanced knowledge of database internals, SQL optimization, and workload management. Expertise in Optimizer and query performance tuning. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
