Job Summary The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for performing all daily AP functions related to US operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, payment execution, and month-end activities.Job Description- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable (US accounting experience preferred). Hands-on experience with AP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.). Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred). Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills. Ability to handle high-volume transactions.Competencies Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Integrity and strict adherence to financial controls. Team player with ability to work independently. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
