1) Controlling Production of all units and achieving target on monthly basis.
2) Freezing Budget of all units and analyzing the cost every month with planned vs actual cost.
3) Assess the gap in executing Production as per target and ensure deliveries against sales order.
4) Ensure that the sales target is achieved every month. Coordination with sales team to fulfilment of sales order on time with minimum wastage and planning of RM.
5) Daily Management MIS
6) Complete responsibility of Plant OTIF, OEE and revenue & Cost
7) Enforce ERP implementation at all plants and drive the data output from the system. Co-ordinate with the supply chain and other departments for maintaining transparency in the system.
8) Monitor and control the frequent production loss due to machine breakdown. Ensure that preventive machines are carried out in a planned manner and client's commitment to be met.
9) Wastage to be minimized and maximum output to be obtained.
10) Developing and implementing of all SOP's for all departments and controlling the effective utilization of resources.
11) Handling all client audits and certification audits
12) Ensure that there should be no rejection at clients end and the quality of product should be according to the specification provided by the business team.
13) Deploying production tracking mechanism, quality control, maintenance and other operational reports to detect and address issues.
14) Evaluating and controlling production schedules to strategize on inventory requirements, staff needs work procedure and duty assignments in sync with budgetary limitations and time schedule.
15) Strengthen Internal communication to all Deptt to be make the system effective.
16) Implementation of Technical training / upskilling of employees to improve efficiency.
17) Responsible for sourcing of Skilled manpower from the Printing & Packaging Industry.
18) Creating Brand image of the company through deliverables and commitment.
