Analytics & Model Development:- Design and implement production-grade Machine Learning and Statistical models (e.g., predictive, prescriptive, clustering, time-series, NLP) to address critical business use cases in areas like [mention specific areas, e.g., customer lifetime value, fraud detection, demand forecasting, pricing optimization].- Spearhead the end-to-end model lifecycle, from exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to MLOps, deployment, and performance monitoring.- Conduct deep-dive analysis and advanced experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to understand key business drivers and measure the impact of implemented solutions.Strategic Consulting & Stakeholder Management:- Act as a key consultant to functional leaders (e.g., Product, Marketing, Finance) to define, structure, and prioritize data science projects that align with organizational OKRs.- Translate complex data science concepts and model results into clear, concise, and business-focused recommendations for both technical and non-technical senior executives.- Develop business cases for new analytical initiatives, clearly quantifying the expected ROI and strategic value.Leadership & Innovation:- Mentor junior analysts and data scientists on best practices in model building, coding standards, and business communication.- Drive R&D into new technologies and methodologies (e.g., Generative AI, advanced causal inference) to maintain a competitive edge.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure, modeling frameworks, and data governance policies.What We're Looking For:Qualifications & Experience:- 4 to 6 years of experience in a core Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Quant role.- Full-time MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institution (IIMs, ISB, or equivalent global institutions is highly preferred).- Strong technical degree (B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MS) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.Required Skills (Technical & Business):- Expert Proficiency in Programming: Strong hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL for large-scale data manipulation and model building.- Statistical and ML Fluency: Deep understanding of statistical modeling, classic Machine Learning algorithms, and principles of predictive analytics.- Business Acumen: Proven ability to connect business objectives to analytical methodologies and a strong grasp of corporate finance and go-to-market strategies.- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional ability to create impactful presentations and articulate insights to senior management with strong storytelling.- Tool Stack Familiarity: Experience with version control (Git), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) (ref:iimjobs.com)
