Key Responsibilities Lead conceptualization and design development for corporate interior projects. Conduct client-facing meetings for requirement gathering, design strategy, and concept reviews. Present concepts, participate in pitches, and deliver engaging design presentations. Manage and mentor the design team to develop layouts, working drawings, and material specifications. Oversee material selection, innovation, and design detailing. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project implementation and design audits. Drive creativity, innovation, and quality throughout the design process. Required Skills MS PowerPoint AutoCAD SketchUp V-Ray Photoshop Lumion Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Master’s preferred) Who Should Apply Candidates with strong creative capabilities Professionals who have independently handled client presentations Designers experienced in leading teams within corporate interior design Individuals passionate about innovation and workplace strategy
