As a Static Data Maintenance Analyst within the Trade & Working Capital team, you will process static data maintenances and respond to queries for customer accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery of services. You will support the team's goals and objectives. Job Responsibilities - Process static data maintenance requests for customer accounts with precision - Ensure all deliverables are completed within established timelines - Review processes regularly and suggest improvements for efficiency - Meet goals and objectives set by the reporting Manager - Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness in daily operations Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities - 1+ years of experience in Banking Operations, Static Data function, or Payment processing - Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear stakeholder articulation - Proficiency in MS-Office applications - Ability to work in teams, solve problems, and demonstrate strong analytical skills Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities - Knowledge of Trade & Working Capital products - Experience with international payments systems such as SWIFT, CHIPS, or FED - Willingness to work in any shift, including night shifts - Ability to handle tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities JP Morgan Chase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
