- 10+ years in Oracle EBS (R12) and Fusion Cloud Applications

- Proven Oracle Cloud Success Navigator implementation experience

- Hands-on experience with 3+ full-cycle Oracle implementations

- Strong domain knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, and HR modules
