Job Title:Infrastructure Network Engineer – BFSI Domain Location:Mumbai / Pune (Full-Time, On-Site) Experience:1-3 yearAbout the Role We are seeking experiencedInfrastructure Network Engineersto support BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade network infrastructure with a strong focus on performance, compliance, and security. This is a100% on-site rolebased in Mumbai or Pune. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and manage enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN, Data Center). Implement and maintain routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) for secure, high-performance connectivity. Deploy and manage firewalls, load balancers, and other security measures in BFSI environments. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO, PCI-DSS, and RBI guidelines. Support cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid connectivity models. Conduct incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs. Maintain documentation for configurations, diagrams, and procedures. Required Skills & Experience 1-3 years of experience innetwork infrastructure engineering . Strong knowledge ofTCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching . Hands-on experience withCisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Fortinettechnologies. Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk). Exposure toBFSI compliance frameworks . ITIL knowledge for incident/problem/change management. Certifications preferred:CCNA / CCNP / CompTIA Network+ / Cloud Networking . Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
