We are a premier training institute in Thane looking for an experienced DevOps Trainer to lead our weekend batches.This is a perfect role for a working professional who wants to share their practical knowledge in a flexible, part-time capacity. If you are confident in your ability to demystify complex DevOps concepts and tools through a hands-on, practical approach, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-impact, interactive training sessions on DevOps concepts, both theoretical and practical, to a diverse batch of learners. - Design and develop a curriculum that is aligned with current industry trends and updated technologies. - Conduct hands-on labs and practical sessions on core DevOps tools and practices. - Guide students through real-world scenarios, project work, and case studies to ensure they are job-ready. - Create a stimulating and positive learning environment that encourages student participation and doubt-solving. - Develop and update training materials, including presentations, lab guides, and assignments. - Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical tests.Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:-5-6 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role. - Proven experience as a Trainer or Mentor, with the confidence to conduct sessions for a classroom. - Expert-level practical knowledge of the following core DevOps tools and concepts:oCI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.oVersion Control: Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).oConfiguration Management: Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.oContainerization: Docker is a must.oOrchestration: Kubernetes is a must.oInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform or CloudFormation.oCloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (at least one).oScripting: Shell Scripting (Bash) and one of Python or Groovy.oMonitoring: Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.Ideal Candidate Profile:·Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.·Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, understandable manner.·A student-centric approach with immense patience and a passion for mentoring.·Stays updated with the latest trends and updates in the DevOps ecosystem.·Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable.What We Offer:·Highly Flexible Batch Timings on weekends to suit your schedule.·A convenient and easily accessible location – just a 2-minute walk from Thane West Station.·A competitive and attractive remuneration package.·An opportunity to build your personal brand as a subject matter expert.·A platform to shape careers and make a significant impact on students' lives.---How to Apply:If you are excited about this opportunity and meet the above criteria, please send your updated resume to hr@dcodetech.in or call us at 8080811662.
