DataHub Lead

Job Description :

Experienced leader to oversee the integration of UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Management) with Clients' existing systems and data infrastructures and data hubs. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement the technical architecture for UKG Pro WFM integration and data hub

- Lead a team of technical specialists in the development and testing of integration solutions

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and ensure data integrity

- Develop and maintain data models, APIs, and data pipelines

- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes

Ideal Candidate :

- 7+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, with a focus on integration and data hub development

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM product APIs and integration protocols

- Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in a related field, such as data integration or data governance

- Experience with UKG Workforce Central or Workforce Ready

- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools

- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies

Technical Requirements :

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#)

- Experience with UKG Pro WFM product APIs

- Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, web services, messaging queues)

- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)

Note :

- UKG Pro WFM is a comprehensive workforce management solution that includes forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance, and performance management.

- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the UKG Pro WFM product and its integration requirements.

- Experience with other UKG products, such as Workforce Central or Workforce Ready, is a plus.
