The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sprint execution, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality financial products aligned with regulatory requiremWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices within our fintech development teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sprint execution, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality financial products aligned with regulatory requirements and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring team engagement and productivity. - Coach Agile Teams: Promote Agile best practices, encourage self-organization, and help team members adopt Agile principles. - Impediment Removal: Identify, track, and resolve obstacles that hinder team progress, liaising with stakeholders as necessary. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between product owners, development teams, and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment. - Sprint Management: Assist Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and defining clear acceptance criteria. - Quality & Compliance: Ensure development activities meet industry standards, security, and compliance regulations typical in fintech. - Report & Metrics: Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and provide regular updates to management. - Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous process improvement within teams.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role within fintech or financial services. - Strong understanding of fintech industry regulations, security standards, and compliance requirements. - Experience working with financial products, payments, lending, or related domains is highly desirable. - Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist preferred. - Knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).Desired Skills:- Problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to mentor teams and promote a collaborative culture. - Understanding of DevOps practices and software development lifecycle in fintech.If you find this this opportunity interesting kindly share your updated profile on bansi.hindocha@synechron.comWith below details (Mandatory)Total ExperienceExperience in Scrummaster-Experience in Agile-Current CTC-Expected CTC-Notice period-Current Location-Ready to relocate to Mumbai-If you had gone through any interviews in Synechron before?
