Senior Executive – Human Resources 📍 Location: India – Fully Remote 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 🏢 Department: Human ResourcesAbout InstaServiceInstaService is a fast-growing tech-enabled home services marketplace helping customers connect with trusted professionals for cleaning, handyman, plumbing, and other essential home services. We currently operate across 23 states in the United States. We are scaling rapidly with a high-performing remote team in India.We are looking for a Senior Executive – Human Resources who is passionate about people success, employee engagement, and culture development in a completely remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & DocumentationManage the complete employee life cycle — onboarding, induction, confirmation, appraisals, and exit/offboarding.Maintain employee data, records, and workflows on Keka HRMS.Prepare and release offer letters, appraisal/hike letters, warning notices, rewards & recognition certificates, and relieving letters.Track attendance, leaves, holidays, employee documents, and compliance files.Build a High Performance Culture at InstaService via initiatives.Employee Engagement & CulturePlan and run virtual employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, wellness initiatives, and fun events.Execute Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs — spot awards, quarterly awards, and milestone recognition.Conduct employee pulse surveys, publish reports, and recommend action plans to improve engagement and retention.Recruitment & Onboarding SupportCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate data.Oversee a smooth onboarding process and ensure a strong Day-1 employee experience.People Support & PolicyAct as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance.Promote InstaService values in everyday interactions with fairness, empathy, and professionalism.Required Qualifications3–6 years of HR experience, ideally in tech / startup / high-growth businesses.Experience with Keka HRMS (preferred) or ability to learn rapidly.Strong understanding of HR operations, documentation, and performance cycles.Outstanding communication, people skills, confidentiality, and conflict-resolution ability.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.Who You Are (Preferred Traits)Friendly, approachable, and people-centered.Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.Self-motivated with a bias for action.Passionate about building culture and employee wellbeing in a remote-first team.What We OfferFully remote work – anywhere in India.Chance to be part of a fast-scaling global startup.High ownership with career visibility and growth opportunities.Transparent and performance-driven culture.Learning opportunities across multiple HR domains and leadership interactions.CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience + performance incentives.How to ApplyVisit https://www.instaservice.com/get-app to download the InstaService app (on the App Store or Play Store) Take a few minutes to explore the app and note what you liked and what could be improved.Email your résumé, explaining how you'll create a high-performance work culture and app feedback to HR@instaservice.com.Join InstaService and be a driving force in revolutionizing the way home services are delivered—remotely and on your own scheduleInstaService is an equal-opportunity employer.
