Job Overview
The Account Executive is a full-time role located in Gurgaon. The primary focus is to manage financial records, perform account reconciliation, and ensure accurate financial entries. The successful candidate will have experience in accounting and excel in vendor reconciliation and various financial tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and financial reporting to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in vendor reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurate and accounted for (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems to maintain streamlined operations and records.
- Experience in sales entry and purchase entry to contribute to efficient financial management.
- Strong accounting skills, with the ability to produce accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Competency in account reconciliation to verify and maintain accurate account ledgers and records.
- Ability to create and manage journal entries for precise financial documentation and auditing purposes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accuracy in high-volume transactions.
