Today, iMocha is serving more than 400 customers and has helped organizations in acquiring or upskilling more than 200k+ employees with more than 3 million+ assessments.Designation : Associate Product ManagerLocation : WFO – PuneMode : Full timeKey ResponsibilitiesIntegrations Management- Drive integrations with leading HR tech ecosystems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, MS Teams, Slack, etc.). - Define integration requirements, map data flows, and work with engineering to ensure high scalability and interoperability. - Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage end-to-end integration lifecycles.Conversational Platform Development- Shape and enhance the AI-powered conversational layer that drives employee interaction. - Collaborate with data science teams to fine-tune conversational intelligence and response quality. - Leverage analytics to continuously improve the conversational UX and personalization.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality releases on time. - Support go-to-market, training, and adoption initiatives in partnership with marketing and customer success teams.Analytics & Continuous Improvement- Define success metrics and measure feature adoption and engagement. - Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritization and iteration decisions.What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of experience in Product Management preferably in SaaS or HR Tech domains. - B.E. in Computer Science or related field + MBA (preferred in Product Management, Technology Management, or AI specialization) - Strong technical acumen — you understand APIs, data models at a conceptual level. - Exposure to AI/ML concepts, especially in conversational AI or NLP-based applications. - Experience collaborating with engineering teams on integrations or platform products. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a bias for action. - A self-starter mindset — comfortable operating in a high-velocity, agile environment.Excited to be part of iMocha’s Product Team, please share your updated resume on talentacquisition@imocha.io
