This is a full-time, on-campus position based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will mentor Ph.D. and Fellow Program in Management (FPM) scholars, support faculty and student research initiatives, and contribute to the institution’s academic and research excellence.Key Responsibilities- Guide doctoral and research scholars in identifying research problems, developing methodologies, and producing quality research outcomes. - Mentor faculty and students in pursuing academic and professional research projects. - Assist in structuring and evaluating research proposals, periodic reviews, and final dissertation work. - Conduct research workshops and promote scholarly engagement within the institution. - Stay abreast of evolving trends in Finance and HR domains. - Contribute to securing external research grants and strengthening the institution’s research portfolio. - Support academic administration and development activities as required.Qualifications & Experience- Ph.D. in Management, Finance, HR, or a related discipline. - Minimum 10+ years of teaching experience, including at least 4 years post-Ph.D. - Demonstrated experience in academic administration in a management institute. - Strong publication record with papers published in SCOPUS and/or ABDC-indexed journals. - Proven academic leadership, excellent mentoring skills, and strong professional networks. - Expertise and strong teaching capability in the chosen area of specialization. - Familiarity with research methodologies, data analysis, and academic writing best practices.Additional Requirements- Preference will be given to candidates residing within 15 km of the ISME Sarjapur Road campus or those willing to relocate closer.Location:ISME, Near Dommasandra Circle, Sarjapur Road, BengaluruContact:Email: jobs@isme.inPhone: 080-28019800Website: www.isme.in
